When a campaign meets its goal, pledges are generally collected and allocated to the creator for production and rewards. Refunds are not automatic after success except as required by law or listed below.
If a campaign does not meet its stated goal within the funding period, pledged amounts are typically not charged or are returned according to the payment method and campaign settings shown at checkout.
To request a review, contact support with your pledge reference within 14 days of the charge.
