Creators are responsible for fulfilling rewards described on their campaign page. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work on Shortfundly.
Digital items (files, streams, credits, tickets) should be delivered through the method stated on the campaign—email, download link, or platform access. Creators should confirm delivery in a backer update.
If timelines change, creators must post an honest update as soon as possible. Persistent non-delivery may lead to account restrictions under our Terms and Grievance process.
