Rules for using Shortfundly as a creator, backer, or visitor.
Last updated: May 2026. By accessing Shortfundly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not manipulate campaigns, impersonate others, or upload infringing content.
Creators are responsible for their project pages, reward descriptions, and fulfillment. Backers agree that pledges are contributions toward creative work as described on each campaign—not purchases of securities unless explicitly stated and permitted.
Platform and payment processing fees may apply and are disclosed during setup or checkout. You authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions according to your selected method.
Creators retain ownership of their work. You grant Shortfundly a license to display campaign materials for promotion and platform operation. Do not upload material you do not have rights to use.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, harm backers, or create legal risk. Appeals may be submitted through our Grievance Redressal process.
Shortfundly is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from creator delays, third-party services, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
